This is a resiliency program intended to help people suffering from stress and burnout. It includes three videos, multiple worksheets and journal prompts, and an ebook. The lecture was originally given as a talk at UCLA Medical School/Cedars Sinai Hospital. I created a movie from the talk and then edited it into content for this course.
