I offer Ayurvedic evaluations and general holistic health coaching for clients from any state or country. These sessions are a good option for people who want to work with me in a coaching capacity regarding wellness on multiple levels.  Holistic Psychiatry is my most "professional" service. It is only available in California, Colorado, and Arizona, the states where I'm licensed to practice medicine. Holistic Psychiatry is a deep and layered offering, encompassing 8 years of formal medical education and 14 years of practice experience. I only take a few of these clients at a time. I have worked hard to design several coaching packages with pre-set templates, exercises, homework, and objectives. Check the menu bar for those specialty items. I also offer pay-as-you-go (one-time) coaching sessions and 3- or 5-packs of coaching sessions. These sessions are non-scripted (they don't follow a pre-set curriculum intended to move clearly in a certain direction). They are shaped live, in the moment, and are a good option for those who want open-concept coaching on a variety of different issues or for any who want an affordable option without the commitment of a larger program. This mentorship program is intended to train MDs, MA therapists, PhD therapists, PAs, and NPs regarding holistic approaches to common mental health (and some related physical health) issues. Spiritual topics and business advice, as well as complex case examples and homework are also included. Students in this program choose from a list of topics the ones most relevant to their current or anticipated future practice. Click for more info, including the topic list.

This program is intended for individuals who don't have formal professional degrees but who would like to serve as health coaches for others in entrepreneurial/private coaching settings. Some students/mentees in this program have also participated simply for their own growth, healing, and education.  There are several tracks to choose from in this program. This is an unscripted (compared to Mentorships I, II, and IV, which follow pre-written curricula) mentorship experience designed for personal, spiritual, or career development. It is a personalized priestess/priest path experience (I do have both male and female mentorship students!). It has been used by high school or college students exploring future career options, med students trying to decide their specialties, residents endeavoring to make their future careers more fulfilling, and a variety of others working on spiritual growth and development. Mentorship has been valuable in my own life and is a part of my dharma (divine service), according to my astrology chart. Thus, it is important for me to offer my version of this ancient teacher:student experience to others.

This is a special "Mystery School" mentorship that takes people on a healing and learning journey though the eight chakras. Each chakra has its own lesson with information and healing exercises intended to address physical, mental, emotional, and energetic dysfunctions at each level. I have taken multiple students/mentees through this program, and it was a profound  experience for all. Healers are especially drawn to this mentorship. Even if you already know a lot about chakras, this program will provide focused time  + exercises to clear issues at each level and significantly improve your energy flow. Interested in learning astrology? I offer astrology apprenticeship, which is a 1:1 (private) educational and mentorship experience. There are multiple tiers within this offering. You can take as few as four sessions for a basic introduction to astrology to 16 or as many as 32+ sessions for training as a professional astrologer. This program is highly developed and has been experienced by many students, including some who have become well-known. The curriculum includes beautifully typed and organized syllabi for each lecture, homework assignments, feedback, career development, practice readings, and more.
