Online Comprehensive Ayurvedic Consult

Service Description

Longer version of my Ayurvedic/Holistic Health consult, which gives us time to dive deeper into multiple aspects of health and life. This session can focus exclusively on Ayurveda or expand into a mosaic approach towards holistic health, incorporating the many different areas of expertise I have developed over the course of my career as a holistic physician. You will receive a dosha quiz and comprehensive questionnaire, which I will review prior to the session. After the Zoom meeting, I will type up a comprehensive list of recommendations, organized by concern or type of recommendation (behavioral, psychological, physical). This session involves significant out-of-session time, thought, and even research, if I want to look into some current data for your specific needs.
