Anxiety is one of my specialities. The main reason for this is that I suffer from anxiety myself, and I have healed it with holistic approaches. I have personally tried and tested everything I recommend. I also have utilized my own recommendations with hundreds of patients and clients over the years. Many, if not most, of my suggestions have strong scientific backing. This book contains hyperlinks to original articles throughout the text.


I spent many weekend days and multiple additional hours of time working on this. It has not (yet) been professionally edited, so there may be a few typos. If you notice one and want to let me know, I welcome the tip. It's sometimes hard to catch them myself!
