What to DO When You're Triggered!?!

We all know the feeling, so I decided to make a video about it. It's really a problem every single human faces in some amount or form (except perhaps completely enlightened ones).
In this video I combine my years of psychological, astrological, and spiritual experience to create a step-by-step guide to processing and transforming "triggers" and the experiencing of "being triggered".
Ever wondered WHY you have certain triggers? Well, not only is it related to patterns from your childhood, but it is 100% in your astrology chart. Our wounds and triggers are right there on the page! It's pretty amazing (and very validating). Knowing the astro-roots of our issues can help us have greater self-acceptance, which is a huge component of healing (more about this in the vid).
