60-Min Initial General Coaching Session

Service Description

This is the session to choose if you are interested in joining the practice in a more longitudinal way to work on personal goals, business development, general wellness, or spiritual growth. If you want to work on specific health issues, the Ayurvedic consult or Integrative Psych eval may be a better initial option. This is a general coaching session. If you are interested in one of my specialized coaching programs, visit the Coaching Programs page and purchase or arrange a discovery call through the page of the program that interests you. If you primarily want to focus on general coaching that could go in any direction, this session is for you!

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable, but the date can be changed, if necessary. All sessions must be used within one year of purchase. Thank you!
