I'm excited to be launching some new events this year. In my own predictive astrology chart, the destiny line (north node) has moved into the 11th (social/group impact) house by transit, meaning the time is right for building community and working with groups.
A Mind-Body-Spirit Transformation
This is a go-at-your-own-pace holistic wellness program that will weave elements of my background in astrology, psychology, holistic health, Ayurveda, yoga, and coaching into a combination online retreat/wellness course. We will focus on a different goal/objective each week - from astrologically-aligned intention setting and finding purpose to educational segments on holistic approaches to stress, anxiety, and depression. The program will culminate in a session dedicated to (spiritual-emotional-psychological) wound healing and close with an art therapy experience that will result in a physical memento that will serve as a sort of cosmic vision board for your future.
Temple of the Rocks Retreat
This is an in-person "Mystery School" style retreat happening in Sedona, AZ. It is hosted by Kayse Budd, MD and Tom Taylor, a Chopra Certified meditation instructor, certified Kundalini yoga teacher, and coach.
The retreat location is at the site of this labyrinth just outside of Sedona, AZ. I love this property and have been there at least four times myself. The retreat will feature meditation/meditation instruction prominently and will also include Kundalini yoga, energy work, art therapy/mandala creation, a bit of astrology, some integrative Ayurvedic principles, and ceremonial elements.
The backbone of the program is meditation alternated with teaching, exercises, and experiences intended to help participants connect with each of their chakras, working through blocks (mental, spiritual, and emotional) at each level. These sessions will incorporate EcoTherapy principles with some of them occurring outdoors in mini vortex temples around the property.
We are excited about this collaboration and hope to build community around the work we initiate with this retreat.
