Service Description

Online Ayurvedic and general holistic health consultation. Discover your dosha (constitutional type - Vata, Pitta, or Kapha); uncover imbalances; and learn how to use diet, herbs, behavioral modifications to live a life in harmony with nature. This session can focus strictly on Ayurveda or expand to include the multiple holistic approaches to wellness that are part of my knowledge and experience base.
